Beginning to look like Christmas!

We've decorated and have almost finished our christmas cards and all our shopping. I've been meaning to post some christmassy pictures and was inspired to do so after Sierra shared her fabulous Christmas decor with me. Now for some present wrapping, Christmas movies and nog....

Thanksgiving!

It was a wonderful Thanksgiving with good food and the great company of our friends. Copper loved running around being part of the action and getting to eat some of the delicious meal this year.

Scarves!

'Tis the season for scarves and I was in the mood for some crochet. The first faux fur fox scarf was done off of a pattern from BeesKneesKnitting on Etsy. The second hoodie-mitten-scarf was my own design.

Birthday party (number 2!)

The day after his birthday we hosted a party of sorts at Arata Farm's pumpkin patch in Half Moon Bay. Costumes, packed lunches for everyone, a petting zoo and a huge hay bale maze kept us busy. Copper loved this billy goat costume and his goat farming parents. The real goats were a little much but he got to go on the big boy slide for the first time. Then he finished the day with even more presents! Thanks to everyone for coming and for all his great gifts!

Copper's first birthday!

After one very long, very incredible year, we were ready to celebrate! So we had one big birthday, halloween weekend bash planned. 10/29 is his actual birthday and he spent it hanging out with dad and grandparents until mom came home in the evening for presents and birthday cake! Thank you all for great presents, he loves them!
